Mark A Fuller: After serving for over 17 years as our Chief Financial Officer, Mark launched our Leadership Development Office (LDO) in January 2026. The mission of the LDO is to cultivate exceptional leaders by providing transformative training and development programs that inspire growth, enhance leadership capabilities, and drive operational excellence with our core values serving as the foundation. Mark provides leadership coaching, oversight of the Leadership Development program, meeting facilitation, and succession support in this role. His aim is to help leaders reach their full potential and contribute to a growing and thriving organization.

Who is someone you admire, and why?
I admire Arnie Rubenstein, the Chairman of our Board. Arnie is a life-long learner, humble and steadfast in his commitment to customer service.
What makes you the happiest at work?
Watching the growth and development of not only those in my charge but other employees throughout the organization, including my peers.

BackI am passionate about prevention of abuse and domestic violence of adults and children. I have a keen interest in supporting veterans and adoption of dogs.
