Annual Preventative Maintenance Evaluation includes:

Physical inspection of all equipment covered in the agreement.
Clean, dust and remove any contaminants inside and out.
Measure, test and restore to factory settings.
Ensure accurate transmitting and receiving frequencies in accordance with FCC license.
Record battery voltage, condition, and life.
Check VSWR power of mobiles and repeaters.
