unit to United Radio Consumer Electronics for repair
just print our PDF
repair form, fill it out and send it with your customers unit.
No RA is needed.We have
instructions on packaging your
customers unit properly and a shipping label to place on the carton.
You

****If your customers unit is 7 years old or
older please contact us at 800-634-8606 to
determine if it can be repaired. Older units may no longer
have parts available, it may
not be economical to repair the unit or reliability cannot be guaranteed.****
A MINOR SERVICE FEE OF $40 PLUS SHIPPING AND TAX WHERE APPLICABLE WILL BE CHARGED
ON ALL OUT OF
WARRANTY REPAIRS TO COVER TIME, PARTS AND CHEMICALS NEEDED TO
PERFORM THE DIAGNOSIS. THIS FEE
WILL BE CREDITED TOWARD THE REPAIR.

Based on your feedback we will no longer be charging a diagnostic fee. That's right, effective 6/1/12 you can send us your automotive and home consumer products and will we perform the diagnostics free of charge. This will allow you greater flexibility in deciding whether or not you wish to go ahead with any repairs and will speed up the entire repair process. You can always count on United Radio for the highest quality repairs and fastest turnaround time
Additionally as of 6/1/12 we will ship out product UPS COD if you wish. You will of course be responsible for COD charges which are currently $11.00 per package.
