If you wish to ship your unit to United Radio Consumer Electronics for repair just print our PDF repair form,
fill it out and send it with your unit. No RA is needed. We have instructions on packaging your unit properly
and a shipping label to place on the carton. You can keep track of the repair by visiting the Repair Status
page. ****If your unit is 7 years old or older please contact us at 800-634-8606 to determine if it can be
repaired. Older units may no longer have parts available, it may not be economical to repair the unit or
reliability cannot be guaranteed.****
A MINOR SERVICE FEE OF $40 PLUS SHIPPING AND TAX WHERE APPLICABLE WILL BE CHARGED
ON ALL OUT OF
WARRANTY REPAIRS TO COVER TIME, PARTS AND CHEMICALS NEEDED TO
PERFORM THE DIAGNOSIS. THIS FEE
WILL BE CREDITED TOWARD THE REPAIR. |
