A bench fee of $40, plus shipping, will be charged on all units received for out of warranty repair. If you do not have an open account we will require that the bench fee be paid prior to the repair. In the event that you choose not to have the unit repaired, this fee will cover time spent for unit diagnosis and any parts and chemicals used to obtain the diagnosis. The bench fee will be credited toward the total cost of the repaired unit. We must charge sales tax if you are in NY, NC, NJ & GA.
The Standard Repair Cost and Standard Shipping Cost cover most repairs. In the event that circuit boards or complete assemblies need to be replaced or the size or weight of the unit would dictate a greater or lesser shipping cost, an estimate will be made. |
