From Rt 690 - Exit at Bridge St. Turn right onto Bridge St and merge into the left lane. Turn left onto Widewaters Pkwy (between Dunn Tire & Home Depot). Just past the Holiday Inn Express turn left onto Enterprise Pkwy. At the yield sign turn right. We are the first tan and green building at the 3rd driveway on the left.

From South of Syracuse - Take Rt 81 North to Rt 481 North. Exit Rt 481 on LEFT to Rt 690 West and immediately exit at Bridge St. Follow directions above from Rt 690.
From North of Syracuse - Take Rt 81 South to Rt 481 South. Exit Rt 481 to Rt 690 West and immediately exit at Bridge St. Follow directions above from Rt 690.

A non-refundable bench fee of $40 + Tax is required on all units brought to our front counter for out-of-warranty service.
In Home Service
We offer in-home warranty repair service on most major brands of televisions and several brands of appliances and out of warranty repair almost all TV and appliance brands. If you would like to schedule a repair please contact us at 315-446-8700 and be prepared to give the following information:
1. Brand
2. Model #
3. Serial #
4. Daytime phone #
If the unit is in manufacturers warranty we will also need:
5. Date of purchase
6. Store where purchased
Out of warranty repairs will incur a Flat Rate of $95 which covers minor repairs, lamp replacements (plus cost of lamp) and estimates if the repair is extensive.
If a major repair is needed the cost will be a flat rate for labor (includes the $95 above) based on the chart below PLUS the cost of parts.

If the TV is covered by an extended warranty you must first contact the extended warranty company to obtain a pre-authorization number before contacting us.
