The Standard Repair Cost and Standard Shipping Cost cover most repairs. In the event that circuit boards or complete assemblies need to be replaced or the size or weight of the unit would dictate a greater or lesser shipping cost, an estimate will be made.
A bench fee of $40, plus tax where applicable, will be charged on all units received for out of warranty repair. In the event that you choose not to have the unit repaired this fee will cover time spent for unit diagnosis and any parts and chemicals used to obtain the diagnosis. The bench fee will be credited toward the total cost of the repaired unit.

OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS ON AUTOMOTIVE UNITS ARE GUARANTEED FOR A FULL YEAR.
Commercially used equipment and warranty repairs are guaranteed for 90 days. All other repairs are guaranteed by United Radio for a full 6 months.
