High Volume Shipping/Receiving
Currently handling up to 600 units per day, our shipping and receiving department is responsible for more than tagging in the products we repair. As a matter of procedure, they are able to determine the warranty status of the units, enter pertinent data in our computerized tracking system, and route them to the appropriate specially trained technicians. Since we strive for a quick turnaround time, all units repaired by 3:00 p.m. are shipped that same day. With our strict adherence to quality packing specifications, this double work load (incoming and outgoing) makes this one of our busiest departments.

United Radio Service has a full time Corporate Director of Technical Development on staff who provides both group and individual training on subjects such as basic electronics, product specific technology, and training on new technology that enters the market.

Fast service depends on having the appropriate parts on hand in sufficient quantities. United Radio maintains an extensive parts inventory, allowing us to complete most repairs without delay so your unit will not be held up due to "parts on order".

They are familiar with the types and brands of equipment that we repair, and with all manufacturer, extended warranty, and dealer programs. They have immediate access to our own computerized work-flow system and will give you instant information throughout the repair process by telephone, fax, or online. No repair is complete until you are completely satisfied.
