Our depot service provides uniquely tailored programs to meet the specific requirements and needs of each manufacturer and end-use customer. We are the factory-certified service center for a host of brands as shown.  We perform both in and out-of-warranty repairs.

 

Our division is the only repair center in the country that is approved to do Factory Mutual Intrinsically Safe repairs for Kenwood products. We are also premiere partners with several manufacturers. We work directly with each supplier to facilitate shipping units to our warehouse. Once there, computerized workflow systems track when parts are available, calculate turnaround time, assign jobs using a first-in first-out model and monitor the entire repair process.
Our technicians are highly skilled and individually trained to work on specific product lines, resulting in faster diagnoses and turnaround times. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our extensive in-house and external training and certification programs. 5S practices ensure our processes are continually improving.
We continually make improvements in processes and efficiencies and provide a total solutions package for after-the-sale service. By ensuring that repairs, refurbishment and re-selling occur with minimum delay, we limit the amount of time a product waits to return to the marketplace and help manufacturers and dealers maximize the value of their products.

We will handle your returns, giving each and every unit unique attention to make sure it is refurbished as needed and that faulty products are returned to factory specifications.

Through it all, secure web access provides various levels of failure analysis and personalized reporting. If a unit cannot be repaired within a pre-determined time frame, we will exchange the unit using our on-site floating stock.
